This is old news now, but I figured I'd toss it up here. It was announced a couple weeks ago that KEE Action Sports has purchased JT USA and will be adding their brand to an already impressive lineup of products including Pure Energy, RPS, BT, Empire, Invert, and more...

That rumor has been circulating for a while as well... as of now Smart Parts still exists, but my understanding is that they are not producing any more product, or filling any orders... so I don't know what the future holds for them.
