Reball - October 23rd at Horizon

Crossfire and Chosen ministries are teaming up to host an indoor Reball event Friday, October 23rd from 6:00pm-9:00pm at Horizon Community Church in Tualatin.

Reball is an indoor paintball alternative which uses rubber balls in place of paintballs. Reballs work in your standard paintball equipment, but are generally shot at much slower velocities (225 fps). This is intended primarily as a practice tool, and since there's no mark to show when you're hit... you're on the honor system to call yourself out when you're eliminated.

We'll be playing on an inflatable field set up inside the gym at Horizon. Price is $15 and includes air and all the reballs you can shoot. We'll have rental equipment on hand for players to use free of charge if you need. We are expecting some experienced speedballers out for this event, so this would be a great opportunity for anyone who's been considering trying out that side of the sport.

Hey i am totally going to come to this!!!! Marking it on my calendar.....NOW! So i wouldnt need my tac vest for this would i? Pods not needed?

In the past we've always just done hopper ball. Rounds go very fast (3-5 mins), and that way we minimize the number of times we have to pick up and clean the reballs throughout the night. Besides... it helps you work on conserving ammo when you only have 200 rounds to rattle off.

Sounds like we should have at least 20+ out there for this. I'm looking forward to seeing some of you guys tonight at 6:00.

We should be there around 5:00 to start setting up if anyone wants to come help. We'll need some help tearing down at 9:00 too if anyone wants to stay after to help pack up bunkers. Should go pretty quick.
